Hi, I’m Amanda, a Midwest girl at heart, now calling Los Angeles home.

I was born and raised in Tecumseh, Michigan and moved to Los Angeles in late 2025. While I’m still getting used to city life, I’m loving all the creative energy LA has to offer. My love for photography actually started with pen and ink drawing. I used photography as a way to explore ideas I wanted to draw, and somewhere along the way, that curiosity turned into a true passion. I picked up my first camera at 16, and I haven’t put it down since.

That artistic foundation still shapes how I photograph today with intention, care, and an eye for storytelling. I don’t just take photos; I focus on capturing moments, emotion, and the little details that make your story yours.

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll probably find me hunting for mid-century modern and post-modern treasures at estate sales and thrift stores, soaking up sunshine with a sketchbook, or winding down with an episode of The Office, a slice of pizza, and an editing session. I married my best friend, Jesse, on October 1st, 2022, and we share our home with our two cats, Teddy and Graham.

I’ve always been the family shutterbug, so getting to preserve memories for others is something I don’t take lightly. It’s a dream that becomes more real with every client who trusts me with their story.
